Pricing and engagement scope
Choose a starting point for recurring support or a defined assignment. These are starting professional fees for individually scoped engagements, rather than fixed bundles for every business.
CHOOSE THE WORK YOU NEED
Recurring support or a focused assignment.
Compare the work areas below. Your proposal sets the workload, exact deliverables and total fee before you commit.

Starting six-month professional fee: ₹1,50,000. Applicable taxes and external charges are extra.
Agreed HR and labour work across multiple states
Agreed GST registrations and reconciliations

For a project or advice that does not need a recurring retainer.
Custom quotewritten, matter-specific proposal
Compliance reviews and historical clean-up
Entity setup and selected registrations
Due diligence and transaction support
Specific documents, advice or handover
The proposal identifies the output, stages, professional appointments, fee and payment milestones. A paid consultation or assessment is agreed before it starts.
All displayed starting amounts are professional fees before applicable taxes. Government fees, stamp duty and third-party charges are separate. No fee is charged merely for sending the enquiry form.

Backlog, notices and appeals

Audit, certification and specialist advice
Separate scope and professional appointment where required. Recurring preparation does not itself include an independent statutory audit or opinion.
Software and external costs
The proposal identifies any software subscription, migration, government charge or third-party cost. These are not included in the published starting professional fees.
What makes the starting fee relevant to you?
A single GST registration can have very different workloads: a consultant issuing a few invoices, a retailer with daily sales or a business clearing several unfiled periods. The published figure is a starting fee, not a priced allowance for an unspecified number of employees or transactions.
To get a comparable quote, supply the following six facts. The proposal should state each one alongside the agreed output and price.
Business and locations: legal entities, branches, states and GST registrations to cover.
Monthly records: sales and purchase document counts, bank accounts, payment platforms and the system holding your books.
People: employees, contractors, work locations and payroll tasks you need handled.
Periods: current recurring work, the annual return year and any backlog; keep these separate.
Outputs: named returns, closing reports, reconciliations, meetings and the person responsible for each.
Working arrangements: document cut-off, preparation milestones, query handling, software costs and how extra work is quoted.
For example, ask for “monthly books and GST returns for one GSTIN, with a bank reconciliation and an open-items list” rather than “all compliance”. Add your actual volumes. See an illustrative monthly handover to understand the type of output to discuss.
New registrations, extra locations or a material workload change need an updated scope and fee before the additional work begins.
Billing, minimum term and cancellation
Billing frequency tells you when fees are invoiced. The minimum term tells you how much recurring work you are committing to. A planning calculation is not an invoice or a payment request.
Recurring engagement terms; statutory rights and the refund policy still apply
Term
Essential
Growth
Commitment
Three-month billing periods. At the starting fee, one quarter is ₹30,000 before taxes and external charges.
Six-month minimum term. At the starting fee, the minimum professional fee is ₹1,50,000 before taxes and external charges.
Payment schedule
Quarterly billing; the invoice states its payment due date.
The written proposal states the payment schedule. The six-month minimum does not itself mean all fees are payable upfront.
Stopping future work
Request cancellation before the next quarter begins. The current quarter remains the paid service period unless a different end date is agreed in writing.
Request cancellation before the next agreed billing period begins. Cancellation does not by itself shorten the initial six-month term or waive its agreed fees.
Unused prepaid fees
Unused time does not automatically create a refund. Service failure, duplicate payment and other refund grounds are assessed under the refund policy. Cancellation, any revised end date and the final account are recorded in writing.
Sending an enquiry carries no fee and does not start an engagement. Use it to describe the work and establish availability. If a consultation, records review or assessment requires a fee, its scope and price are agreed in writing before it begins; an enquiry is not consent to paid advice.
The proposal separates professional fees, applicable tax and external charges, gives payment dates, and records covered volumes and exclusions. One-time assignments use their own milestones rather than a recurring minimum term.
