Choose the transaction first
Foreign investment, overseas investment, borrowing and export receipts use different rules and evidence. We start with ownership, residency, purpose and the transaction date before identifying the reporting path.
What the engagement produces
- Transaction chronology and document gaps
- Bank and authority submission support
- Trade and export evidence reconciliations
- Recurring and event-based reporting worklists
Working with banks and specialists
The authorised dealer bank is central to many foreign-exchange processes. We coordinate documentation with the client and bank, while identifying valuation, legal or foreign-jurisdiction questions that require separate specialist input. Fees depend on transaction count, history and complexity.
Find support for your transaction
Invest or borrow across-borders
Prepare trade and export records
- Import export code support
- Customs and foreign trade advisory
- Export documentation and realisation
- Foreign trade incentives review
Review a reporting or operating question
Prepare a first brief
Identify the Indian entity, overseas parties, transaction purpose, amount and relevant dates. Explain whether the arrangement is proposed, already executed or the subject of a bank query. Include the agreement, available payment evidence and prior reporting references, with a short account of any missing records.
State the outcome needed: a transaction review, a reconciled evidence file, reporting preparation or support responding to a specific query. The scope can then identify who supplies the facts, which specialists are needed and which bank or authority steps remain outside the preparation work.
