Prepare a useful cost discussion

Choose the package that matches the recurring work you are considering, then enter the number of months you want to plan for. The result shows how the package’s minimum commitment or billing period affects that horizon.

Before requesting a proposal, list the entities, registrations, transaction volume and any earlier periods that need attention. Record one-off assignments separately from monthly support. This gives you a clearer basis for comparing the published starting amount with the scope your business actually needs.

Keep the selected package and months with your planning notes. If the workload changes, revisit the assumptions and agree the revised scope before treating the earlier estimate as a commitment.

What this amount leaves out

This is arithmetic using the published starting package fees. Taxes, government fees, stamp duty, third-party charges, historical clean-up and extra assignments are not priced by the tool. The written proposal fixes the actual professional fee and included volume, itemises taxes and external charges, and states payment dates. Growth is separately scoped and does not automatically inherit Essential deliverables.

A request for five months of Essential, for example, is modelled as two quarterly billing periods. The tool does not imply that Growth’s entire six-month commitment must be paid upfront; its payment schedule is agreed in writing.
