Build a document index before sending copies

Select the assignment first. Use the entity and premises questions where they are relevant, and leave a fact unconfirmed if you do not yet know it. The resulting list is a preparation aid for the chosen scenario.

For each record, note its name, the person who holds it, the relevant period and whether it is complete. Mark an unavailable document as missing rather than substituting an unrelated record. Check that names, addresses and periods agree across the pack before discussing it with your adviser.

Use an agreed sharing channel for the actual documents. Ticking an item means that you have prepared it; it does not confirm acceptance by a portal, adviser or authority.

How to use the list

Collect an index of available documents before sharing copies. Do not upload sensitive records to this public website. Your adviser should confirm document formats, validity, authentication and any additional records for foreign participants or special entity types.

For example, a rented office does not use the same occupation evidence as an owned office. A bookkeeping assignment needs records for the covered period rather than a new incorporation pack.
